On Friday, November 30, 2024, the renovated student dormitory areas at the Merchant Marine Academy of Epirus were officially handed over, following a grant by the Athina I. Martinou Foundation.
This grant covers the complete renovation of the sanitary facilities in the right wing of the dormitory building, along with the creation of a lounge area, which will also include a small kitchen, aimed at improving the living conditions of the academy’s students. Additionally, it includes the full renovation of the sanitary facilities on the first floor of the female dormitory building and the creation of additional sanitary facilities on the ground floor of the same building.
