APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Due to the large number of grant requests recently received by the Foundation, all requests will be reviewed in the order they were submitted, within three months of the submission date.

The Athina I. Martinou Foundation awards grants exclusively to non-profit organizations. It does not direct grants to individuals and therefore cannot evaluate such individual requests.

According to the philanthropic strategy defined by the Executive Committee, the Foundation awards grants to support projects and actions: a) related directly and indirectly to the sea, b) of nationwide reach, and c) of national significance. Local initiatives that are not related to the sea are not supported.
The Foundation can only accept grant requests submitted electronically through the form below. Grant requests not submitted electronically through the form cannot be evaluated.
Please ensure that all your answers are final before clicking on the “Submit” button. The fields cannot be edited once the grant request has been submitted.
Once the process is complete, a message confirming the successful submission of your request will appear on your screen.
